Children's Sunday School
Worship Services during COVID-19
Starting March 28, 2021:
1. Worship will now be held in the Sanctuary, adhering to all social distancing protocol.
2. Online worship is on Zoom - contact the church office at for the link.
3. Online worship recording will be posted to Facebook on Sunday Afternoon and to the website by Monday morning.
Please note the following guidelines for indoor worship:
a. Everyone must wear a mask/facial covering at all times, when in the building, and while maintaining six feet of social distancing. The mask must cover both the nose and mouth at all times.
b. The church pews have been measured and marked for safe social distancing (six feet minimum) in groups of singles, doubles, and triple household seating. The ushers will be responsible for escorting worshipers to their seat and dismissing worshipers by row, at the end of worship. Both sanctuary doors will be used to safely exit the sanctuary to maintain the six-foot social distancing. Those sitting on the left side of the sanctuary will exit using the side door and those on the right side of the sanctuary will exit using the back door.
c. The table in the narthex will have all the worship materials and offering drop-off, just like outdoor worship.
d. There will be no fellowship, singing or childcare; no hand shaking/hugging/physical contact with anyone outside of your household.
e. If you are sick, please stay home.
f. If you have been around anyone that has recently been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has COVID-19 test results pending, please do not attend indoor worship until you have been cleared by your physician or the person exposed has negative COVID-19 test results.
g. If someone who has attended indoor worship is diagnosed with COVID-19, we will move to online worship until the risk has passed.
h. We have improved the building’s air filters to MERV-13, which is hospital grade.
i. We are able to seat 30 worshipers in the sanctuary. Should we experience a larger number of worshipers, Fellowship Hall will be the overflow seating and will be equipped with a laptop to watch the live service. Socially distant seating will be provided in Fellowship Hall.
Indoor worship will ONLY be held if the positivity rate for Harford County continues to be low.
